Week 22 (S2W7)
“You clothed me with skin and flesh, and knit me together with bones and sinews.”
Break week! I’m sorry I didn’t post earlier, and hope everyone had a productive week with breathing room to look forward to here! We had no additions to the Guide assignments. The highlight from Monday for me was the inspiring scriptures we connected to our anatomy study, reading what the Bible says about breath and respiration, digestion and food, and the heart. It is a wonder how God truly holds our bodies together with his perfect design and the spiritual meaning he assigns to each of our bodies’ functions. I am so grateful for the opportunity that we have to keep God at the center of what we are studying and the richness it adds to our work.
We also did a walkthrough of Blue Book for Week 30 (no surprises!):
Latin: All Vocab + Verbs
Debate: Draw the world + known physical features/capitals.
Research: We will do a random draw of the body systems we have studies and pull three (3) of them to diagram and label, as well as terms to match.
Exposition: Read Bronze Bow papers; character essay in Blue Book.
Reasoning: Fallacy Detective terms
